Website Terms
The terms that apply when you browse the Evolution Padel website, submit an enquiry or follow links to third-party services.
These Website Terms govern your use of www.evolutionpadel.uk. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. About Evolution Padel
Evolution Padel is a planned indoor padel venue in Renfrew, Scotland. The website provides information about the proposed venue, courts, coaching, memberships, events, facilities and launch plans.
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@evolutionpadel.uk.
2. Website information
Evolution Padel aims to keep the website accurate and up to date, but venue plans, opening dates, prices, facilities, services, memberships, coaching arrangements, images and availability may change before or after launch.
Renderings, plans, photographs, measurements, descriptions and illustrations are provided for general guidance. They may not represent the final completed venue or every feature available at opening.
Nothing on the website is a binding offer unless it is expressly stated to be one. An enquiry, registration of interest or launch-update signup does not guarantee a booking, membership, place, price or opening date.
3. Bookings, purchases and memberships
When booking functionality becomes available, court bookings and related services may be provided through Playtomic or another booking provider. Separate booking terms, prices, cancellation rules and provider terms may apply at the point of purchase.
A contract for a paid service is formed only when the booking or purchase is accepted and confirmed through the relevant checkout or booking process. Information displayed on this website alone does not create a contract.
Any future membership, coaching, event or venue-hire terms supplied during registration or checkout will take priority over these general Website Terms where they relate specifically to that service.
4. Prices and availability
Prices shown before launch may be estimates, provisional figures or marked as subject to confirmation. Final prices, taxes, eligibility rules, availability and included benefits will be confirmed through the relevant booking or membership process.
Evolution Padel may correct obvious pricing, description or availability errors. Where an error affects a completed order, the customer will be contacted and any rights under applicable consumer law will be respected.
5. Cancellations and consumer rights
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling rights for courts, coaching, events, memberships or other paid services will be explained in the terms presented when those services become available.
Nothing in these Website Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. Depending on the service and how it is purchased, statutory cancellation rights may apply, but there are exceptions and special rules for some leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period.
6. Enquiries and launch updates
You must provide accurate information when using a form and must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful content. Submitting a form does not oblige Evolution Padel to accept a proposal or provide a service.
Launch-update emails are informational and may be changed or discontinued. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. The handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business-enquiry purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, forms or connected systems.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or excessive traffic.
- Scrape, copy or harvest content or personal information without permission.
- Use the website to send spam, fraudulent enquiries or unlawful material.
- Interfere with website security, availability or another person's use.
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Evolution Padel.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, logos, copy, graphics, photographs, renders, video and other original content belong to Evolution Padel or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may link to Playtomic, Google Maps, Apple App Store, Google Play, social-media platforms and other independent websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean Evolution Padel controls or endorses every statement, product or practice of those providers.
Third-party websites have their own terms, privacy policies, availability and security arrangements. You use them at your own risk and should review their terms before creating an account, booking or making a payment.
10. Website availability and security
Evolution Padel may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Reasonable measures are used to protect the website, but internet services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from harmful code. You are responsible for using appropriate device, browser and security protection.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, Evolution Padel is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on provisional website information, interruption of website access, third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control.
If you use the website for business purposes, Evolution Padel will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss arising from website use.
If you use the website as a consumer, Evolution Padel is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by a failure to use reasonable care and skill or a breach of these terms, but not for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses.
12. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
13. Accessibility
Evolution Padel aims to make the website usable by as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility problems can be reported to admin@evolutionpadel.uk.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the website, venue and services develop. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
15. Severability and waiver
If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to you. Subject to those rights, the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction.
17. Contact
