Meet the Founders
Two Journeys. One Shared Passion.
Evolution Padel was born from a shared love of sport, people and community.
For Alejandro, the passion began over 30 years ago, when he played his first padel tournament in Uruguay at just 16. What started as a love for the game grew into a lifelong journey through tennis and padel, from competing and organising tournaments in Barcelona to dreaming of bringing the unique spirit of padel to Glasgow.
For Caroline, it all started just two years ago with her very first padel match. One game was enough to fall in love with the sport, the laughter, the friendships and the excitement of playing.
Two very different journeys brought together by one belief: padel is about so much more than the game.
Together, we're creating a place where everyone feels welcome, friendships are made, and the best moments happen both on and off the court.
Evolution Padel. Built from passion. Made for people.
